Delivery Information
Shipping Policy:
(Only applicable within our service areas)
1) Flexi Delivery
a) These are 2 slots each day which you may choose from in 3-hour delivery windows, starting from 12pm – 6pm.
First slot: 12pm – 3pm
Second slot: 3pm – 6pm
Order received before 12pm at the same day will deliver at the first slot of the day. Order received after 6pm will be delivered the next day first slot.
b) The delivery fee is as follows:
- Delivery charge at www.anytimegrocer.com is RM5.00 if total order amount below RM20.00
- Delivery charge will be free if total order amount above RM20.00.
c) It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. Anytime Grocer Online will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.
d) if no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two delivery attempts (will be subjected to a surcharge) before returning the order to us, in which case, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, kindly contact us within 2 weeks, or else your item will be forfeited.
2)No Pick-Up service is available at the moment.
